How is the Homebody Resident Experience Platform different from ResidentPortal?

Homebody RXP brings all the workflows properties and renters love from ResidentPortal, and combines it with the power of resident services for an all-in-one self-serve experience. Residents don’t have to manage separate links and log-ins. Everything they need is all in one place.

What is the difference between the mobile app and the web experience?

The mobile app and web experiences will have parity, and all the same features allowing residents to use the device they are most comfortable with.

How will onsite staff workflows change with Homebody?

Homebody RXP is seamlessly integrated with existing property settings in Entrata. Staff workflows shouldn’t change.

How does a resident access Homebody RXP?

Residents at properties with Homebody RXP or Homebody RXP Signature can access using the ‘Homebody: Better Renting’ app in iOS and android app stores, or they can visit app.homebody.com

What is the process to migrate residents from Resident Portal to Homebody?

Residents simply have to download the new app, or go to app.homebody.com, rather than logging into ResidentPortal. They can continue to use their RP log-ins. We recommend alerting residents to the migration 2 weeks before the switch, the day of the change, and the day before rent day post-launch.

What happens if a resident has autopay set up in ResidentPortal? Do they need to cancel autopay? Will it be automatically set up in the new experience?

If a resident has autopay, it will be carried over into their new Homebody experience. The resident will not have to make any updates or changes unless they desire to do so.
