What is Community on Homebody?
Community is a 24/7 moderated resident engagement feature built into the Homebody app, powered by Cobu. It gives residents a social feed to connect with neighbors, share local recommendations, buy and trade items in the resident-only marketplace, and RSVP to events, all within the app they already use. 24/7 AI-moderated community chats make it easy for residents to safely connect with neighbors and stay informed, fostering a true sense of community.
How much does it cost?
The Community Lite Tier of Cobu is free. There's no additional cost to enable it for your Homebody properties.
Cobu provides a paid AI Visibility Tier, which helps your properties get found when prospects search in AI including ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Up to 4x increase in AI Visibility and 2.3x higher website conversion. See below for more details.
How do I enable it?
Community can be enabled through your Entrata property settings. Reach out to your account manager or email entrata@livecobu.com with any questions.
Can I disable Community?
Yes. Community can be turned off at the property level at any time through your Entrata settings.
Do I need to do anything to support Community?
No. Cobu offers 24/7 moderation. You can see all posts in your dashboard, and hide posts if needed. However, most teams do not review or hide posts.
What if residents post something negative?
Cobu is 24/7 moderated with a proprietary moderation process built for multifamily. Every resident agrees to a Code of Conduct. 100% of posts go through Cobu’s 24/7 AI Toxicity Filters to ensure posts abide by the Code of Conduct. You can also see all posts in your Homebody dashboard, and hide posts if needed. However, most teams do not review or hide posts.
