What is a traditional guarantor?

A guarantor is a third-party, typically a parent or co-signer, who is obligated by law to fulfill your rent obligations in the event of rent default. Homebody Guaranty qualifies your lease in place of a traditional guarantor via a guarantor waiver.
Why would I need Homebody Guaranty?

Landlords often set strict qualification standards that are difficult for tenants like students, international professionals, and those with bad or limited credit history to meet. Who can apply for Homebody Guaranty?

Anyone 18 years or older with the right to study or work in the U.S. can apply. Student applicants and international students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours or more.
How long does it take to get approved?
