For questions specific to Homebody services like renters insurance, rent reporting, or rewards, residents can reach Homebody support directly at service@homebody.com or 1 (877) 577-0850. Your team won't be fielding those calls.

For questions about the living experience, like payments, maintenance requests, and renewals, they'll reach out to your community staff. If your community staff needs further assistance, they can log in to the Support portal, or contact your CSM.
