How will onsite staff workflows change with the White Label Resident Experience?

Your white labeled experience is seamlessly integrated with existing property settings in Entrata. Staff workflows shouldn’t change.

How does a resident access the White Label Resident Experience?

Your white label experience gives your organization the power to choose a custom name for your app and web experience, therefore, there is a unique listing on both iOS and Android app stores . This is typically named after your property or PMC, but check with your CSM to ensure you have the correct links and names.

What is the process to migrate residents from Resident Portal to the White Label Resident Experience?

Residents simply have to download the new app, or go to your custom website, rather than logging into ResidentPortal. They can continue to use their RP log-ins. We recommend alerting residents to the migration 2 weeks before the switch, the day of the change, and the day before rent day post-launch.

What happens if a resident has autopay set up in ResidentPortal? Do they need to cancel autopay? Will it be automatically set up in the new experience?

If a resident has autopay, it will be carried over into their new white label experience. The resident will not have to make any updates or changes unless they desire to do so.
